By accessing or using the AccessPDF – Document Accessibility Checker online service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

You may use the AccessPDF service to help you evaluate and improve the accessibility of digital documents. The service provides automated, software-generated accessibility analyses and reports intended solely for technical and informational purposes. The service supports uploads of various document types ("Docs"), including but not limited to PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, and PPTX. File size, page count, and processing limitations may apply, and files that exceed supported limits may be rejected without processing.

It is not the intent of AccessPDF that the service be used for legal, regulatory, or litigation purposes. While AccessPDF supports digital accessibility and provides tools to assist accessibility efforts, the service cannot determine legal compliance or discrimination. Use of the service or its results in legal actions may cause confusion and is done entirely at the user's own risk. AccessPDF assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from such use.

You may not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair AccessPDF systems. Automated usage, bots, scraping, bulk processing, or unattended submissions are not permitted. AccessPDF reserves the right to monitor usage and to block access in cases of misuse or abuse.

This service is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties. All accessibility reports, analyses, scores, and outputs are generated automatically by software and are not conclusive. AccessPDF makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, quality, or suitability of the service or its results for any particular purpose and does not guarantee that use of the service will ensure accessibility or compliance with any law or standard. You acknowledge and agree that use of the service is at your sole discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage, losses, or consequences resulting from such use.

You acknowledge that AccessPDF or third parties own all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all related software and intellectual property rights. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the service.

By submitting a file or document to the AccessPDF service, you agree that the content, media, and information contained within the submitted materials may be processed and displayed within accessibility reports generated by the service. AccessPDF is not responsible for the content of user-submitted documents.

Documents submitted to the service are stored temporarily only for processing purposes. All uploaded documents are automatically deleted within a maximum of 48 hours from submission. AccessPDF does not maintain long-term storage, archives, backups, or logs that allow retrieval, review, or access to documents after deletion. Once deleted, documents are permanently removed and cannot be recovered or accessed by users or by AccessPDF.

The service may not be used to upload, share, or process unlawful, offensive, or prohibited content, or to act as a proxy for anonymous viewing or dissemination of information.

When using the AccessPDF online service, limited non-identifying technical information related to user sessions may be stored temporarily to support service operation and performance. This information is not sold, distributed, or made publicly available. Cookies may be used solely to manage user sessions and improve the service experience.

If you are concerned about security or privacy, you should not submit sensitive or confidential documents to the service.
